Product care: this garment is made of 100% organic cotton, a natural fabric that requires care to maintain its quality and longevity. Therefore, we recommend the following precautions:
- Machine wash gently, use mild soap. Maximum washing temperature 30°C.
- Rinse and centrifuge normally.
- Do not rub isolated parts.
- Don't let it soak.
- Do not use chlorine or chemical bleach.
- Dry in the shade.
- Wash dark colors separately. Use a low temperature rotary dryer.
- Steam ironing or ironing temperature Max. 110°C.

Delivery
- All international orders are shipped from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We offer free express shipping on purchases above $200 for America and Europe, and free standard shipping on purchases above $200 for Asia, Africa and Australia. Express shipping: $40. Delivery time varies per location. Once we receive your order, it will be sent within one to two working days. You will receive an email with your shipping tracking number. Your parcel will be shipped with an invoice declaring the purchased product. Customers will be responsible for paying local taxes and import duties at destination. We cannot estimate these fees or any possible delay on the arrival of your parcel. Custom and/or duty fees vary per country since it depends on your local government’s terms. If you have any doubt regarding custom and/or duty fees, please contact your local customs office. If you decide not to pay your local taxes and import duties, and choose to reject the parcel, we will not refund you for your order.

Return Policy
- We support the idea of conscious consumption and would like to advise you to avoid exchanges and returns whenever possible to reduce our carbon footprint. If you are not sure of your size or want to know more details about some of our products, please contact us at info@hairesortwear.com and we will be happy to help you. But, if you still want to exchange or return your product, it's quite simple. We have a 14 days return policy, which means that we accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of receiving your order in order to be eligible for a refund. Customers will be responsible for the return transport costs. The product must be returned with all labels and tags attached to the product, accompanied by both Brazilian and International Invoice. We do not accept returns and exchanges of used, washed, damaged, altered with adjustments, stained or any other sign of use. All our items go through a quality control before shipped, but we recommend you to inspect your order upon arrival for any defect or damage. Please email info@hairesortwear.com requesting your return or exchange and we will assist you on the next steps. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect your order and contact you regarding your refund. We do not accept returns or exchanges without prior notice. Please note we cannot refund international custom and/or duty fees.
