Once we receive your order, Leap Concept team will start working on it. If your order is placed before 1pm (CET), it will be shipped on the same day, excluding public holidays. Otherwise, it will be shipped the next working day. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

All prices are shown with inclusive of 21% Spanish VAT (Value Added Taxes). When purchasing from a country outside the European Union, 21% VAT will be deducted at checkout, once you have entered your shipping address. These orders will be sent with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased.
Customers will be responsible for paying local taxes and import duties at destination.
GLS/Fedex will contact you once your order gets to customs. Unfortunately, as it is different from one country to another, we cannot estimate these charges or any possible delay. In case of doubt, we encourage you to contact your local customs office.
Please note we are shipping all orders to United Kingdom via express to avoid delays at customs.
We hope you love your selected Leap Concept pieces, however if you decide that it is not the best match, we would like to make it easy for you.
Leap Concept has 14 days return policy, meaning that you need to send your returned item/s within the next 14 days after you received your purchase in order to be eligible for a refund. Your returned item must be unused, clean and in the same condition that you received it (please be aware of jewelry snags or makeup stains), in the original packaging with its tags and labels.
Once your item is received, we will inspect it and let you know if your return is approved or not. If it is, Leap Concept will refund the full value of the goods using the same method as your original payment within 5 working days. Please note that we will not refund the original shipping cost and that we cannot refund international duties and taxes.
We offer free returns within EU. Simply place the items in the box you received originally, with all tags attached. To complete your return, send us an email to email@example.com with the reason for the return and we will send you the GLS/Fedex label for your package.
Rest of the world
For orders from outside EU, you’ll be responsible for the returning transport costs. To complete your return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org the reason for the return and we will send you further instructions.
If you are interested in a different size, color or style, please return your item to us and proceed to purchase the new piece.
All items go through a quality control before they are shipped. In case you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Please note that any claim requires that you have not used the item inappropriately.
