- Toquilla straw has been used by traditional Panama hat wavers since the 17th century due to its strength and natural flexibility. White and salmon grosgrain ribbon looks lovely on this summer hat. Brim size 7cm. Please note that the color of the hat can vary from white to light beige shade.
