RETURNS

After the item is delivered, you have 14 days to request the return/exchange. The product must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged (no make-up stains), and in the original packaging, in order to be returned. Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original packaging, and where provided, dust bags must also be included.

    Here are the steps you should take in the case of a return:

  • 1. Log in and go to “My Account” > “My Orders,” click on the “Returns & Exchanges” button for the item you wish to return;
  • 2. It will open new fields, where you can choose reasons for the return, and a Text Box to add a description;
  • 3. The designer will either confirm or decline your return (according to the designer’s Return Policy);
  • 4. If accepted, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return the item. If declined, you will receive an email with an explanation.
  • 5. After you’ve received the instructions, just go to the closest shipping carrier or the one you arranged with the designer.
  • 6. You will receive a Tracking ID from the carrier. Log in and go to “My Account” > “My Orders.” Add this information in the “Tracking ID” field, in order for the designer to track the return.
  • 7. After the designer receives the return (within 14 days of requesting it) and confirms that it is delivered and correct, the money will be refunded to your original payment method in 2 to 5 days. Please check with your Payment provider for details.

IMPORTANT

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty, in which case the designer will refund the return postage. The designer has a right to refuse a return or exchange according to their return policy. Please go to the designer boutique and read their return policy. Shipping costs are not refundable.

EXCHANGES

In order to exchange the item you will need to place a new order for the size that you require and return the original order. Unfortunately we can not support exchanges as designers are unable to put stock on hold.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a faulty item, or a different one than advertised, you can return it within 14 days from the delivery date. If this is the case, you will receive a full refund for this item in accordance with the policies on this page. Please follow the steps from the “Returns” section above. When contacting the designer, please provide proof (photos) and a detailed description of the issue.

TAILOR-MADE

The designer has a right to refuse a refund or exchange in the case of ‘’Tailor-Made.’’ Also, it is up to the designer to offer alterations to ‘’Tailor-Made’’ products. If this is the case, please contact the designer directly.
