Orders are processed Monday-Friday within 48-72 hours of confirmation, but does not take responsibility for any delays or errors caused by POE. International delivery usually take around up to 7 working days.
After your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the unique code of your order that you can use to track your package.

Duties and Taxes
Quoted international shipping fees do not include custom & or duty fees. As these fees vary from country to country, we have no control over these charges. The customer is responsible for all customs & duty fees payable upon delivery, on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. If customs or duties are raised, you’ll be notified by your local customs office of this, as well as with details of how to pay them. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important to be aware of your local government’s terms to prevent any surprises.
Please note: If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us a photo of the return postage receipt, and tracking number, as proof of shipping.
Please do note that the client must handle the shipping of the product, as well as all the costs associated with the return.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
