Delivery
- All our products are shipped from our fulfilment center in Bratislava, Slovakia. Due to its central location, we manage to keep delivery times in the EU as short as possible, while limiting our impact on the environment with shorter delivery distances and efficient delivery routes. All our orders are shipped using DHL Express. All orders received before 15:00 GMT on working days (Mo-Fri) will be processed the same day and usually ship within 24 hours. Delivery times in the EU vary between 1-5 working days depending on country of destination and shipping carrier. Upon confirmation of your order you will receive a tracking code via email. Please note that our shipping times are indications and depend largely on the transportation company. As a company we do our utmost to make sure our clients receive their orders as soon as possible.

Return Policy
- We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. When returning, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and hygiene sticker attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@sunsetmoodresortwear.com Make sure you put "Return" and your order number in the subject field to speed up the processing of your request. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return can for logistic reasons not be accepted. Once we’ve received your return and as soon as it's approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. We strive to do this as soon as possible, but please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve processed your return, please contact us at info@sunsetmoodresortwear.com and we'll be glad to help speed things up.
