Delivery
- All our goods are delivered with a standard delivery . The purchased goods are dispatched within 2-3 business days through the standard delivery and it will arrive in 5-10 working days, depend on the destination. International Delivery We deliver to most countries outside of the EU. However there are restrictions on some Products for certain International Delivery Destinations, and if there are restrictions imposed on imports of certain goods, then we may not be able to accept your order. If you order Products for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Return Policy
- If you want to return one or more items, please contact us directly through modadesign and specify your order number and the items you want to return. We advise you to always keep the shipping receipt, until you received our confirmation about receiving your parcel. Keep in mind that you are held responsible for the parcel until the items have returned to our warehouse. Always add your name and order number to the parcel before returning it. Purchases can be returned for a refund within 7 days after the receipt of goods. You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused and with all its original packaging and tags on the clothes in perfect conditions. You will be refunded for the value of the product. The refund will be made within 15 working days after the product has returned to our warehouse.
