Delivery
The delivery is carried out by means of UPS and DHL courier companies into the address indicated by the Customer while placing the order.
The cost of delivery is indicated upon placing the order.
Delivery time in Poland is 2-4 working days, and up till 7 days in other EU countries. Delivery to other world regions may last longer, depending on custom conditions set by each country. Delivery time is calculated from its first working day following the order placement.
Upon the order placement, the Customer receives email containing dispatch number allowing to track the delivery.
Please note that delivery to countries outside of the EU could incur additional duties and fees. These must be borne directly by the Customer.

Return Policy
The Customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days upon the receipt of goods.

You can return using any secure means, at your expense. Please, let us know the tracking number.
The item(s) should be returned unworn and in original condition with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, returned without their original labels or received more than 14 days after the purchase date will not be accepted.
