WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY? We do not accept exchanges, we only accept returns for a credit note to our store, within 14 days of receipt of the order. For store credit the following conditions must be met: - Item(s) must be in their original packaging, with the labels and hygienic protection liner intact - Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or otherwise altered We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions. Credit note voucher is available for 1 year on the entire items on our website. WHAT IS THE COST OF A RETURN? The shipping costs incurred for the return are at your expense, we do not cover them and do not credit them.
